PnP ebucks initiative a Joke
Fnb ebucks rewards for pick and Pay is a total joke and a very misleading initiative from both Fnb & PnP. I am a current premier account holder and have not earned a single ebuck from my purchases at pnp due to the apparent criteria being that you have to be a Private account holder to benefit from this new partnership. How can you plaster up to 30% ebucks to be earned and have it available to private clients only.

12 Dec 2024, 12:26I have been contacted by another ebucks representative to tell me again about your fine print (T & Cs) and apparently it is my responsibility to ask fnb for clarity.
The recent campaign highlighting that as an fnb customer you could earn almost double ebucks by shopping at PnP instead of Checkers is what determined where we as a family done our shopping.
I am currently on level 5 rewards level and have spent in quite a substantial amount at PNP, you can do the maths as to how much ebucks has not been awarded.
As a trusted advisor your rewards program should have explicitly highlighted to me as a customer that I will not earn anything based on my profile and to maximize rewards I should rather shop at alternative outlet.
By hiding behind the fine print I feel is ********* and speaks volumes of FNB's business conduct and morals. as you are not looking to really reward your loyal customers but rather fool them and still take pride in benefitting from their continued business.
