Pmt Honfee Unauthorized Debit

I had been deducted R90 off my account with a description of Pmt Honfee 2 ITEMS.

I would like this money reversed please as this is not acceptable to just deduct money without authorization.

I see it is a common problem and I would please like the reason for this?
