Pmt Honfee - Unathourised debits

I just found that there is a debit that has went through on my cheque account on the 28 July 2020. The transaction description reads Pmt Honfe, I dont even know who this is yet FNB on top of all the crazy bank charges they have they still penalize me R150 for what? Can I please be refunded my money I don't know who this is.
