PMT Honfee FNB deducted my money without my concern

I'm genuinely BAFFLED and ANGRY by how FNB operates, this is for the second time they deduct my money without my concern. Two deduction were made from FNB acc with total of R600, R450 + R150. I don't know for what reason. FNB I'm kindly asking you to return my money, I'm really in need of the money it doesn't matter if its small money to you. Next time when my debit orders bumps, don't deduct any money for insufficient amounts for my debit order. For now RETURN my R600.

Very angry client.
