PMT Honfee?? And unable to get through to call center

Hi FNB,

I was given a demand deposit of R500 with the description of "Pmt Honfee". Not sure what this is for, but I don't recognize it. I tried to contact your call center, but your menu selection for querying debit orders goes on and on in an endless loop (After entering my ID number and selecting the type of service I needed 3 times I gave up). Also tried selecting "general inquiries", but after 15 minutes of "we are experiencing a higher than normal call volume" messages I gave up on that too. Please can someone contact me, as I cannot get through to you.
