Pmt Honfee
It is becoming quite irritating that YOUR bank is completely unable of sort security issue and inside ****s. I keep on being deducted this Pmt Honfee second month in a row. Then I need to deal with 5 different ppl over 3 weeks to get the money refunded. Now it is happening again. What kind of a bank you are when you can not deal with this? I can see it is happening for years to a lot of ppl and you just don't care or want to sort a problem. Do you understand that my time cost money and that I can not spend hours on the phone or your app trying to get something that is mine that you have basically ****** from me! I m tired from this. You are by far the worst bank in this country and you should be CLOSED for allowing organized crime to happen from your premises. I m advising everyone to never, ever open a bank account with this bank.

22 May 2021, 13:20Now they are saying it is me spending more then what I have on pending payments, so they charge honfee 50 rands on every 50 rands you spend? Ridiculous. Money was there every time card was swiped. Other vise it would say DECLINED

And why are they refunding money if I m the one that is wrong here? They also have funny dates to charge you with their fees. So the whole system seems to be set up not in your favor but rathe in bank favor. From today I will NEVER use card for any purchases. Just cash, so I can minimalize bank option to manipulate me with pending payments and charge fees for it. Yeah and I will stop dealing with FNB.

They are basically saying I didn't have money for this transaction, coz system deduct bank fees on 17, but somehow it show bank fee deduction on 21 only. And even if bank app shows money is there, it actually isn't coz merchants are pending with deductions!? It is quite funny how they think we are a bunch of uneducated citizens and that we will never noticed small irregularities on our accounts. And if we do, even if we are wrong, they will still refund us money? Really FNB?

22 May 2021, 14:37Yeah, one more thing. Merchant that sold me this tickets that are still showing as payment pending is actually FNB. Yep I got this tickets using fnb app.
