PMT Honfee

I have been getting unauthorized debits on my account from some PMT Honfee I never authorized any of these debits and some how FNB is allowing them to go through on my account even when there are no funds in the account and last i checked i do not have an over draft with you Im honestly fed up with FNB's poor service you constantly over charging us for things we have no knowledge of not only am i stuck with crazy debit orders i now have to pay additional fees for those same debit orders bouncing back this is ****!

Please can you also look into the excessive charges on bounced payments I am currently being charged 25% of the payment amount in charges! how on earth do you justify that!
