#PMT HONFEE 1 & 2 ITEMS ON MY PLATINUM ACC

On 15/10/15 I noticed two debit orders of R100 and R50, ref no: #PMT HONFEE 2 ITEMS AND PMT HONFEE 1 was deducted from my account. Someone please explain to me what is this and to please reverse. Regards Ivy
