PMT Honfee?????

I have found a weird transaction on my account. I have tried customer care but no one able to help . The transaction reads PMT Honfee! What is that? R245 just gone? No description or information or any permission from me!! How did this happen? Is it *****? What now??? And why do other FNB users have such **** transactions happening to them?????
