PMT HON Charges By FNB.

I thought FNB was the safest bank ever until last month when I had a charge of my app which I did not know. Weird thing is that every charge I've had I am aware of, other than some PMT HON charge (two). I raised a complaint to FNB and the response I got was just for cheque account charges. Almost as though I'm being made to think that I got the gold check account unknowingly and I must just over look any charge I happen to incur such as this PMT HON charges I know nothing about. Such appaulling service I've received!
