Pledge on tax returns
Hi I would like to complain for FNB not replying to my query after they have pledged funds in my account without my acknowledgement and they say the refunds have been sent back to SARS for verification which is defaming my character as this is a sign of them incriminating me. The payment was verified by SARS before it was paid out and it was even audited and I have the letter as proof which they didn't accept in order to release my funds. I use to think highly of this bank but they are not customer-centric
