PLEDGE ON ACCOUNT

Yesterday I wrote an email to FNB informing that about the second refund I have received from SARS. I made them aware that if they needed to verify the payment with SARS they can do so and I even sent them a statement of account. This was to make them aware that there was no need to reserve the funds like they did on the initial refund on 18 February. But to my surprise, they have once again put a pledge today in the funds without informing me again and without any instruction from SARS to do so on my specific account. I really don't even understand why the bank has to reserve the funds because I informed about this. The last time they put a pledge on my account, I was informed that SARS didn't even bother to respond to the bank. This action is very concerning and disturbing. I really give on FNB.
