Pledge account without authority
I have a business account with Fnb. I received payments and vat refunds into the account. Audri, one of the fnb investigators pledged my funds on the account without taking the effort to contact me. I now have Bill's I need to pay and she is not answering my phone. Poor banking and bully tactics from this bank

02 Oct 2019, 11:16Thank you for the feedback, but it is not good enough as the whole situation could have been avoided only if one person saw the need and have the power to willy nilly do as they please. What happened to consulting the client first ?
