I am very impressed that my complaint with FNB was taken seriously and a lovely consultant followed it up within less than 24hours to hear me out and apologize. Thank you. Gestures like this can give anyone hope. It was really appreciated and it is wonderful to know that there are people who care. Thank you FNB
