Please watch your incorrect fees coming off your account monthly

Every month now I have to contact FNB to ask why I have been charged service fees over and above my monthly fee. Every month it is an error and is reversed in 3 to 5 working days. What your accounts, I don't know what fnb is up too but many will be caught this way So we pay a fee and then need to do admin on our account to rectify what the bank is doing. Terrible
