Please, waste more of my time, I have so much to spare in your eyes apparently

Terrible service!!!!! Customer care.... none. I'm at my wits end. I'm simply trying to activate my cheque card for over seas travel. Having gone through your customer call centre, not getting through to the right department, only to start the long drawn out process AGAIN. Went in to the bank, thinking a human muuuuust be able to help. No. Got told to phone the same dam number and it rang for an eternity. Tried to phone again this morning... 15 minute phone call later, still, no luck. No joy on the app. No joy on your website.
