Please update record
There's a record on credit bureau that my husband owe fnb but when he call their loan helpdesk they saying they can't assist as they cannot see that account however this is appearing on his name on credit bureau. Not sure who should assist us now as fnb helpdesk is saying they unable to assist yet the record is from you. Please update the record as we do not owe fnb.
Account number appearing there is TLN*** Has a balance of R 1 808 Please update my husband's record.
