Please understand the concept of security

My complaint is regarding the security of my money at First National Bank. We were involved in an armed ******* and all my identification documents as well as bank cards were ******. I got a temporary card - no problem. Then came the delivery of my bank card. CCD, FNB authorised delivery company says they will deliver to me but I must have my ID and I explain my situation. They will assist - are willing to deliver my card to ANYONE as long as they have an id and a cellphone number????? If you want it delivered to your "own" bank it will cost you money - (although they do have fingerprint capacity to verify your identification, maybe that's why it costs money?) I also have to give the delivery address of this strange person over the phone as I am not allowed to email it - so how do I have proof they have the correct information? It has been emails, telephone calls, irritated call center employees. I am tired of arguing and thinking that my bank actually care about my money - it is after all just a business. FNB - seeing that you don't mind who get their hands on your customers money or cards I want will inform other people what to expect when they get into a horrible situation like this.
