Please train your staff

<p>I went to Queen Street branch of First National Bank on Thursday the 15/12/2016 to have them fill out my UIF form to confirm my bank account. I waited outside for 20 mins in the blazing sun didnt complain as I understand you open at 08h30, waited an hour in a horrid line and when I finally got there the consultant assured me all was filled. I was happy even though the wait BUT what ****es me off is when i went to the Labour centre yesterday in Pinetown on the 20/12/2016 waited from 07h10 and was only attended to at 15h45 and I was rejected as the IDIOT who filled my form didnt put his name and so my entire day was wasted!!!!!!!!!! I refuse to stand in your line all over again, I refuse to pay for a lift to go to the bank when it was entirely your fault! FNB please live up to your slogan "how can we help you..." </p>
