Please stay away from FNB Private Banking - AND FNB in general

Please stay away from FNB Private Banking.

Firstly, you get very little value for the amount you pay in monthly banking fees. Secondly, downgrading from Private Banking has been an absolute nightmare.

What is even more frustrating is that the so-called "Private Bankers" left my account in an even worse state. I am now paying nearly R600 per month in banking fees.

For a service positioned as "Private Banking," the level of service, accountability and competence has been extremely disappointing.
