If I could have my way I would not even give this pathetic bank which is called FNB 1 star, they are not even worthy of this 1 star.

I am so livid!!!!!!!!!!!!! So today I went to do my monthly shopping at Checkers and when I took my card out the cashier informed me my card was blocked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can you ****en believe it, without telling me, nothing zilts. Not a call, not an SMS, not an email. But they can call every ****ing day to sell policies and **** to you, and send whole-day SMSs for ****. I called the number they provided on the App then they informed me that a new card had been issued to me and I needed to download the new App, and follow the steps. So then, when I want to start this whole procedure the internet banking has been offline the whole ****ing day. I can't ****ing believe this. So besides being left completely embarrassed at the till where I had to leave all of my groceries, I also had to struggle a third of the day unsuccessful in activating this new card, THEY wanted me to use!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I swear if I'm going to walk into my local FNB branch tomorrow I'm going to moer all of that staff and ramshack that whole funding bank for all of the stress they cause me today!!
