Please sort my issue out

I need my query sorted out please, I am not accepting the feedback I received for the following case number ***NF. I was called by a consultant who advised that they will take the matter further. Refuted is not what I'm expecting as I trust the bank with the little that I have. I don't know if this is because I'm not a high profile client
