Please revise your IR on my bond

I am appealing to FNB to reduce Interest Rate on my bond. I have tried different avenies including private banker, no assistance. At some point a gentleman told me I have made a very small reduction towards my account and got very ****y with me.<br> <br> When I app**** for a bond, I was advised that I can apply in 6months, when I did - the period had changed to 24 months. Over the past year, my bond has increased by R1000 due to interest. <br> <br> I have ****raded my accounts back to basic and my next move is out the door. It does not matter how good a client you are FNB just does not care.
