Please repair or replace my faulty cellphones

I have reporting my faulty phones that i bought from FNB until now nothing has happened, i am still paying for phones that i cant even use for 5 months now. I even reported this on Hello Peter on 24 August and someone from FNB cellphones GURU called me and told me that they will come and take the phones for repair, no one came and after that whenever i call they tell me that i never reported any fault and my last report was in January where they have replaced the phone and gave me a refurbished one, my problem is that even the refurbished phone that they gave me is no longer working. Can someone from FNB attend to my query, is becoming useless to me to call them cause they tell me that they don't have anything reported on their system, and now they tell me that the other phone guarantee expired on 11 August i think now they are waiting for the second phone guarantee to expire in January so that they cannot fix it anymore. I AM SO DISSAPOINTED WITH FNB
