Please release the funeral cover money

My dad passed away and he had a funeral cover with FNB the beneficiary was my mother who also passed away the same week. I have the letter of executership as the only daughter but now FNB does not want to release the funeral policy money they transfered the money to the late estate account that i can not even access coz they blocked it. No one can explain to me why the money is blocked. I have outstanding debts i need to pay with that money. The FNB i went to is in Orange Farm Sesfikile Mall the staff there is incompitend and they have no clue what they are doing. Im in too much pain now loosing both of my parents and then I have to run from pillar to post with FNB
