Please release my funds back into my account

There was an alleged case of ***** of R6820 happened early hours of Wednesday 23rd April 2025 at Booth night club & apparently the case has been resolved from the senders bank which they requested proof of where the funds came from & invoices which I have provided them with but Fnb is still not releasing the funds into my account I have sent numerous emails& to the guy in charge of case but no response till now & I have also gone to the back countess times I need help in getting my funds back into my account
