Please Release my Business Account

They are Holding my Business Account for over a Month Now. The guys at the ***** Department (Lethubuhle, Mhlambi) are just fooling me around and opening new case reference every time I contact them.. They will assign the case to a representative and he will ask for same documents "as on previous case" , then ignore my emails after recieving them so when I try to contact the department again, they will still ask for same documents.. Kindly transfer me to a responsible relevant person who can help with my account as I am abroad and can't recieve call..

I told them I am abroad and even provided alternative cell number (+***) but they claim to be calling my South African number.
