PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY!!

I'm very disappointed with the way FNB Card Collection and their attorney Groenewald Lubbe handled my inquiry. On the 17/03/2020 I realized that my FNB bank account was hacked. Someone was sending money from my account using ewallet, buying airtime and also transfer an amount of R3000 to a Discovery Card linked to my savings account. I immediately went to FNB branch to cancel my card and online banking profile. I also open a ***** case. The Discovery Card is currently closed and has been handed over to Groenwald Lubbe Attorneys. At FNB branch i was told they will try to recover the ewallet transfer of R200, buy they informed me that the R3000 is in my Discovery Card account and I must contact FNB Card Collection department for refund. Upon contacting FNB Card Collection, I wast told that the R3000 is in the Attorneys'account (Groenewald Lubbe) and if I want FNB to refund me, I must call Groenewald Lubbe to corfirm if there is arrangement in place to settle outstanding balance on the Discovery Card. On the 18th of march 2020 I contacted Groenewald to send confirmation to the FNB that there is an arrangement in place to pay the outstanding balance. The lady I spoke to at Groenewald Lubbe is Chane Harmse. She assured me that she will send the confirmation to FNB. I waited and no feedback from Groenewald or FNB. Last week, I called Groenewald again and Chane told me that she's still waiting for feedback from FNB card Collection. I asked here if she can send me a copy of her engagement with FNB. She told me that she sent the info using SharePoint and I can follow up with FNB Card Collection. When I contact FNB Card Collection, they told me that it's difficult for them to check any information on SharePoint and I must ask Groenewald to direct the message to a specific individual at FNB Card Collection. On the 27th of March 2020 I called Groenewald again. I was then told by Chane that FNB needs 3mths bank statement, proof of unemployment and motivation letter why I must be refunded. I sent this documents to her the same day. Today on the 06/04.2020 I called her again and the answer is the same that we are still waiting for FNB Card Collection's response. I'm unemployed at this moment and I have no other source of income except for the handouts from family members. we are a family of 6 sitting during this lockdown with no food, no medical supplies, etc. Can FNB please at least refund R2500, the rest of installments will be as per arrangement with Groenewald Lubbe?

It is now clear to me that FNB refuses to follow any logic. I received a response from MR Byron Vallar saying that FNB will not refund R3000 since I failed to make any payment towards the account from the time I was handed over. This is rather strange as I've made payment to their Attorney Groenewald Lubbe. It seems to me that there is no communication between FNB and their attorneys. I would like to know from FNB if they themselves made a transfer of R3000 without my permission, which I find it strange and *******. If they didn't why is it so difficult for them to understand that my account was hacked and therefore the transaction was *******?
