Please refund me ASAP

<p>Hi </p> <p> </p> <p><br />FNB handed my account over to Nimbles collections as I had gone back to Varsity and was not able to continue paying my account. I have notified the collections Team regarding when I would be settling the full account balance.</p> <p>My son is in Hospital with stage 4 cancer. I told them that I have only gotten on Medical aid in July and we had a waiting period with the medical aid provider hence we couldnt claim. I have been self funding the treatment and hospitalization for the last year and I literally have no money left over to make these payments.</p> <p>Our arrangement with the Nimbles team was that once the medical aid starts paying, as of 1st of October, I would then settle these accounts in full as they are relatively small amounts. </p> <p> </p> <p><br />FNB Legal Team has now gone and debited R2500 from my account, these are funds that were reserved in my account for me to settle my sons bill and he could continue with his chemotherapy. This bill is due to be paid by this Friday. Where or how am I meant to get the money to pay this account? Please can FNB refund me this money and stick to the arrangement that I have in place with Nimbles. If they handed my account over, why are they still debiting my account? I also dont understand that! My PVT Banker called them in the morning and they arrogantly told him that they wont reverse these funds. </p> <p> </p> <p><br />Can I please get these funds back and can I ask for a Manager or Team Leader to have this conversation with me.</p>
