please refund me

I received an e wallet today at 1.28 pm. at 3pm I went to withdraw but the pin was not working. I could not make another pin because fnb does not work with advance airtime, so from my 150 rand eWallet I had to buy R70(HAD TO COVER MY ADVANCE OF R65) airtime because I had to make sure I have some rand for the transaction for a new pin. my issue is FNB SAYS THE PIN WILL LAST 16 HOURS MINE DID NOT. I WANT A REFUND OF THAT 70RAND I USED TO BUY AIRTIME
