PLEASE REFUND CPP INSURANCE PREMIUM
FNB has been deducting the Customer Protection Plan (CPP) Insurance Premium from my cheque account even after my life insurance company has ceded my existing policy to FNB. The policy was ceded in August 2015 already. I have been phoning their call centre weekly to get them to refund me for the October premium. The response i get is that they will refund me in 48 hours. This has been going on for weeks now. FNB please refund me ASAP before i take my business somewhere else.
