Please reactivate my account

FNB deactivated my credit card because my work permit expired. I only realized it when I was ordering another card that my account had been deactivated. I just hoped that somebody would have called me first before they deactivated my account so that I could rectify the issue. I was then advised to send my renewed documents to ********** which I did but no one got back to me about it . I decided to contact the call center and I spent over 40mins on the phone being transferred from one agent to another till I gave up and hung up as no one seemed to be able to assist me. If FNB wants my credit card to remain deactivated then its your loss as long as its not going to affect my credit rating. It might as well deactivate all my other accounts and i know a lot of banks who can help me without asking "HOW CAN WE HELP YOU"
