Please provide feedback regarding my cellphones

Since FNB took my cellphones for repairs until now is about 2 months nd i dont get any response, it took them 4 months to take them in for repairs now is 2 months since they took the phones, is in total of 6 months without cellphones but they are busy deducting my payments. Can somebody please update me on the progress, is long overdue now.:(<br>
