Please pay back my money.

I was in the process of depositing money (R24320) at the FNB ATM THEGLEN BRANCH on 18/Dec/2023 when the machine (Machine ID: ***2) went out of service.. And I was told to go inside the bank to fill forms which I did and I was told the money will be manually sent to the recipient. But the money that was sent was short by R1800. Please follow up the case as I believe there are many victim of the same scenario..
