Please offer help with FNB banking

I want to close my FNB bank account and need to make a final payment of PAYE to Sars on the last amount which will be paid as a salary but it wont go through and I cant get help at Kolonade branch.

Is it because it is the 12th of June that the payment does not want to go through because the reference number is correct eventhough it does not accept it?
