Please note that the policy was cancelled.

I started cancelling as much business as I can with FNB because FNB is not the same anymore. Looks like things are falling apart there. From unanswered emails to half baked replies and ****ty sms's . Customer service is seriously falling behind.

Last month, a policy was canceled and unsurprisingly it was one of those half baked jobs. The paperwork was done but somebody did not cancel the darn debit order. I don't think that FNB has sufficient s****s for such basic banking tasks.

Over the weekend, I stopped this debit order and this morning got one of those ****ty messages that my bank (FNB) has not honored the debit order and that I should contact them???????

Consider this complaint as me contacting you about the debit order! Chances are that if I contact you via email, because the telephone takes too long before you answer, you will either ignore it like a couple of previous times or do a half baked job of resolving the self induced problem.

So get your ass into gear and do a proper job of doing a complete cancellation of my policy.
