Please make me understand why was CDS Consulting (PTY) LTD allowed to debit my FNB account without Debi Check mandate and Court Order?

Can FNB please help me understand why was CDS Consulting (PTY) LTD allowed to debit my FNB account without Debi Check mandate and Court Order. I tried to reverse the debit order without luck. On 23 August 2025 I sent email to *** and ***. Till today I have not received at least acknowledgement of my request to refund my account. I am frustrated with their nonresponse. All I need to know from both FNB and National Credit Regulator as to when am I getting my funds back to my account and when is CDS Consulting (PTY) LTD going to stop debit my account please.
