Please just close my account

I have been trying the entire week to get my FNB account closed. I was told my account cannot be closed, because there were pending transactions, which I totally understand

My account fees keep adding up, I already had to pay R64 this week and now I see again another R15 is due

When I tried to close the account today (via secure chat), I was told that the system and app functionality is down and that I cannot be assisted at the moment

All I want to do is please just close my account
