PLEASE HELP WITH LIMITS URGENTLY

Hi. I urgently need to change my profile daily limits. I am overseas and do not have a bank card as my account was recently closed and re-opened. This transaction I need to do is URGENT. I cannot wait for a card to be delivered to me and I don't want to pay a R700 international delivery fee for one transaction and wait goodness knows HOW long before it gets delivered.
