PLEASE HELP ME UNBLOCK MY BANKING APP

I've tried to call FNB call center numerous times regarding my blocked banking app that I uninstalled by mistake but they keep putting me on hold and sending my call to different people of which I don't get any help from them. How can you ask me to check a notification on the app whereas I'm unable to log into my account.
