PLEASE HELP ME OUT HERE

I have been trying to make contact with FNB to receive my outstanding balance on my account. I have sent numerous emails, phone calls that drops while you hold the phone line after spending 20min explaining what I actually need. I really need someone to give me some sort of email address or contact number I can get someone to speak to.
