Please help me get the funds am stuck
On the 12th of December I opened an fnb non resident account, the following day my partner transferred funds for travel expenses for me and my daughter as the reason for opening the account was for him to send us money. 3dsys later when I was preparing for the journey I got an email saying that the funds have been blocked 🚫, they asked for the proof of funds and source of which I sent through the email they provided, until today I haven't gotten any response or funds back into the account and am still stuck here in South Africa without any money to travel back home. Please help me get the funds and I can't even provide the needs of our 6month baby.

22 Dec 2023, 05:42I received a call from Fnb complaints yesterday, the only thing the lady that called me asked for is my non resident account number,up to now the money is still blocked 🚫 and am still stuck here in South Africa. I'm really stranded and I need those funds released because I don't see the reason why they are still keeping it as I have already sent the proof they asked for.
And I also need to get back home.
