Please help me

Im a former employee of FNB, in 2021 I got dismissed for negligence. Then I app**** for an appeal at CCMA and FNB representative asked if I still want my job back but I said no I just want to move on without being listed because in anycase I did not ***** for the Bank , just I made a mistake by not locking my desk and my x collegue took my card box and checked my cards out of my absence while I was helping customers as it was busy around the 25th of every month. Later it turned out that one of the cards swipped at Tembisa shell garage and mind you I dont even stay around that area but my colleague who was counting my cards without me stays there. And she was never dismissed nor gotten a warning but instead I got fired. After CCMA , FNB's representative told me to right an email to her saying im resigning and I did that. I parted ways with them and I moved on.

On the 25th of July 2024 I received an email from Standard Bank saying that they are cancelling the job offer as I'm listed on REDS! I couldn't believe what they told me because I did not ***** nor rob the Bank so why am I on REDS? I tried calling Miranda Milner but she told me she can't assist me then also I tried to reach out to Rodhal she didnt even bother to respond to my countless emails.

I decided to come to this platform to seek help from anyone who is a Lawyer or legal advisor to assist me because I'm a mother and a sole breadwinner. I have nt been working and just when God is giving me another chance then FNB ruins everything for me. Actually the person who's behind this is Juan Roussow that manager is ****** and heartless to the core.
