Please help, frustrated

Can someone urgently call me back please? I have 4 premiums which debited from Budget Insurance which was not supposed to be debited. You will see I have a history of reversing these funds as the company does not adhere and not debit my account. I urgently require this money as it is mine. I have been calling the contact center, and it is no help as they tell me to use the app, which I cant as the amounts are over R200. The total combined is over R2 000
