PLEASE HELP CHANGE DEBIT ORDER DATES ON LOAN!!!!!!

I do I always have to resort coming to Hellopeter? Trying to get hold of your agents is equivalent to pulling teeth. My salary date has changed since I got a new job. I need help with changing the debit order dates for both my personal loan as well as my covid loan. I sent an email but doubt I will get a response! Could someone for both departments reach out to me and gie me a call in order to get the dates changed?????
