PLEASE HELP

Hellopeter, i am also one of the people i have been debited from bank account for a contract phone whichni never got. Unfortunately for FNB, they refused to cancel the debit order saying, its mandated therefore i need to contact the service provider who is nowhere to be found. Please assist me to get their contacts or how i can obtain a legal document to have my funds reversed by my bank.
