Please help

Last year 2016 almost mid year I took a loan with fnb and in January 2017 my contract at work ended not just mine but 600 other workers were out of a job so yes I would call it a retrenchment since we all were put off work and if you think what I'm saying is false you are free to contact the company to find out what exactly happened in January when all workers were out of a job.

I've been 6 months out of a job the insurance I have being paying was that for nothing so insurance just takes people's money but when it comes to customers claiming it's an issue to cover how does that work ?

Makes no sense and when I took out the loan I did mention that I was on contract it is even stated on my payslip and I did ask about insurance and what would happen if my contract ended I always check these things when taking out any account because with contract work 1 can never say how long the job will last .

So please sort this matter out don't rob people and take their money without delivering the service promised . I will never bank with fnb again after this nasty experience if this is not sorted out .
