Why am I seeing FNB EDG Multi Product inquiries on my credit score 10 - 20 times in 3 months when I didn't apply for any credit facilities in that time?

2 New inquiries have been added to my report on the 14 and 15, I made sure that I didn't make any changes on the app at all since our back and forth via email.
I didn't look at any credit facilities, I didn't check my credit score, and I didn't change any personal information, what in the world is being added to my credit report with regard to the inquiries?
I really need this to stop, Do I need to change banks? Why does this happen so I can avoid it!! I need answers, please!!!
How do I escalate this to the point where a third party can get involved?
Yes - Now I am complaining!
