Please have atm fixed at Brakpan branch

On election day,(public holiday) 1st November 2021, went to transact at an FNB atm, located at Brakpan brach, Cnr Prince George & Voortrekker Roads. The queue to the atms was so long.Discovered that two of the three atms were not working. The one that was working, was having a problem with its key pad . Deposits, reference number, inputting of name and surname, not accepting. After struggling for some time , was informed by security guard that alphabets are not accepting on that particular machine.To complete transaction, customers must punch in cell phone numbers for name and surname slots. This is quite confusing.Can the bank please rectify or repair atm for us.
