Please guys do not use fnb connect

I was using Vodacom network and everything has been good, then I potted my number to FNB connect. Now am using this number linked to Capitec bank account and am unable to receive otp number from Capitec. When I call fnb they opened a case and now when I call again I was told the case has been closed without been resolved and no communication. Now they opened another case which am not happy about cos I need this to be resolved as of today.
